Metropolitan cities around the world build more and more underground subway systems in order to minimize the number of vehicles on the roads. A team of Korean designers, Ryu Chan Hyeon, Sinhyung Cho and Hong Sun Hye have developed a new concept for building underground tunnels which can generate clean electricity using the wind energy produced by passing subway trains at high speeds.
